Staria just can't get the boys to stop living in their past.

Near the end of the Silver Millennium Tranquility agreed to marry Lusion, so that she could gain his dieing sister's senshi powers and free her home kingdom from Beryl's grasp. In making this decision she had to cut all ties with her childhood friend, guard and love, Sapphrite. Lusion's the jealous type so he wasn't about to allow them to be near each other. Long story short, Tranquility died trying to help defeat Beryl. Lusion, devastated that his own love was gone, froze his own kingdom in time. While the victims of the Silver Millennium were reborn to live new lives, he and his people remained the same. Time passed but no one aged or died. It would remain so until the day his princess returned to him.

Their oracle predicted her rebirth, and when her powers began to reawaken, Lusion and Seiki traveled to Earth. The main goal was to find her and return her to their kingdom. She would need proper training again and as far as he was concerned their union was still binding. Staria, however refuses to live in the past. Tranquility is only her past as far as she's concerned and her life has nothing to do with the dead princess's.

Sapphrite reappears when it is time to start preparing for the beginning of Crystal Tokyo. His appearance causes more disturbances in Staria's life since he is still deeply in love with his Princess and she's got other prospects in her heart. As much as she's like her past to go away it keeps popping back up to complicate things.

Cute! It must be fun going back and drawing all of your old characters.

It really is. I am obsessed lately. But I keep improving on their looks and personalities, plus I've been tweaking their back stories. Lusion most of all I've flush out his character a lot.
