I was on another one of my image hunts and saving a million pictures to my computer again when I got the urge to draw this. I found a couple great sorcesses for Lady Lovely Locks and It just maid we want to draw the villian Duchess Raven Waves. Why is it that when you're little you hate the villians and then when you look back when you're older you realize they had the prettier dolls? Any way, I made her older atleast a teenager if not in her early 20s and took a few minor liberties on her dress. Pencil first then inked out and colored with markers.

Dispised Ravenwaves when I watched the videos years ago (lol) and was actually almost frightened of her believe it or not.
